Acceptance of Terms

By using our website “SeBE LIFE” and making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any term, please do not use this website.

Orders and Contract

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Order confirmation does not by itself create a binding contract. A binding contract is formed when we accept your order and process your payment, as described in Section 3 of these Terms of Service.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees.

  • If your shipping address is in a U.S. state where we are legally obligated to collect state or local sales tax (Economic Nexus), the applicable tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout where required by applicable law.

  • In the event of a pricing error due to system malfunction, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, trademarks, and designs) is the property of SeBE LIFE and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SeBE LIFE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability arising from our willful misconduct, gross negligence, or fraud.

Note for U.S. Consumers: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations and disclaimers may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you primarily reside at the time of your purchase, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your place of residence that cannot be waived by contract.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of products from SeBE LIFE shall be resolved in accordance with Section 22 of these Terms of Service. You and SeBE LIFE expressly agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration, except as expressly provided in Section 22 of these Terms of Service, including Sections 22.1, 22.3, 22.4, and 22.5.
